Step 1
Initial briefing and quote
This is where we sit down and talk, this will also be an opportunity to build a relationship. The sort of things we like to know are who you are, where you are at the moment, and where you want to go. We like to hear your ideas and deliver what you want. These initial discussions help us to understand your business and your goals.

After this initial contact we will then generate a quote for you. We will not start the project until this quote and its particulars are agreed. At this stage we will draw up a contract for your approval. This is so that you will know what you are paying for and we will know exactly what we need to deliver when the contract is agreed upon, we will require a deposit for commitment.

Step 2
Concept Generation and Prototypes
With all the knowledge gleaned, we then go away and do a little research. What appeals to your target market? How can we best attract them? What are the competition doing and how can we go one step better? These are all things we will research in regards to
your project. Then we start work. We go through creative processes to generate ideas. We normally start sketching and brainstorming and then we transfer these initial ideas to computer. As soon as these first
design concepts are complete, we will send them by email and also upload them to your own web viewing area where you can view
and download the artwork for assessment.

Step 3
Final Concept Agreement
When we have sent you these prototypes we like to talk you through the ideas behind them. You tell us what can be developed or refined. Usually a couple of ideas will catch a client's eye. We then listen to your views and feedback! We should have a clear winning design. If you get to step 3 and your still not happy, we will go back to step 2 to best suite your needs.

Step 4
Implementation
With the prototype concept agreed we then implement it, applying it to the final output. When we are finished we will send you a final proof of the work. This will need to be signed off before we send it to print or launch it on the web. When we have an agreement the work will be output and we can sleep soundly in our beds knowing that our excellence has completely satisfied our customers needs and has provided a brilliant end piece that meets your purpose!
